Getting started

From initial concern to a review-ready record.

Use this guide to choose the right starting point, understand what is retained, and move through an ADVISOR session with clear human oversight.

Core workflow

Four steps to a grounded advisory session

ADVISOR organizes the workflow. Qualified people remain responsible for interpreting the information and deciding what action is appropriate.

01

Choose how the session is retained

Leave chat saving off for a temporary session, or enable it when an authorized record should remain available in your account until you delete it.

02

Start with the right context

Use guided intake for a consistent case record, upload existing PDFs, or open a blank session when you need to begin with a question.

03

Work through the assessment

Ask follow-up questions and attach JPG, PNG, WebP, or PDF material to the current turn. Review every response using your professional judgment.

04

Review and export

Refine the analysis in conversation, then generate the current PDF report when the case contains enough grounded information.

Before attaching material

Use only authorized case content

PDF and image attachments are processed for the current turn. Image bytes are sent to the configured AI provider for analysis and are not stored in ADVISOR chat history. The resulting text may be retained when chat saving is enabled.

Review before relying on it

ADVISOR may miss context or produce incomplete language. Confirm facts, examine source material, document disagreements, and apply your organization's established escalation and review procedures.
